Financial Controller

In this role, as Financial Controller, you will have responsibility for developing and maintaining a performance reporting framework that provides real insight into the current status, capability and risks of the UNITE modular manufacturing facility, based in Stonehouse (Glos). As a member of the Site Management Team, you will work in partnership with the other managers of the business in order to formulate, communicate and execute commercially and financially sound operational plans. Manage and develop a high performing Finance Team and work in close partnership with group finance functions.

Who we're looking for
• Experience of having held a financial role of influence within a manufacturing organisation (previous construction sector experience also advantageous)
• Genuine commercial acumen
• Business change management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a strong academic background
