The TMT team handles both contentious and non-contentious work for a variety of clients including technology, telecoms, sports, media, fast moving consumer goods and pharmaceutical companies and other large corporate and financial institutions.
Who we're looking for
A qualified lawyer with experience of commercial contracts such as licensing and development, outsourcing, franchising and sponsorship agreements. The ideal candidate would also have experience of M&A/transactional IP work.
Our client would also consider corporate lawyers who have had some exposure to the IP/IT aspects of transactions and would like to transfer.
