Project Quantity Surveyor

Supporting the Project Manager and Regional Commercial Manager you will be responsible for managing the commercial function of each projects. Your duties will include selection and management of sub-contract accounts, monthly reports, CVR's and final accounts. The schemes will include the design and build of 2 new schools procured under the Building Schools for the Future programme. Running in succession the total build programme will be £20m.

Who we're looking for
You will be working in a similar capacity for another leading main contractor with experience of leading the commercial function of a project up to £10m. Ideally you will have experience of education projects although not necessarily under the BSF scheme.
