Reporting to the Senior HRBP, based in London, you willassistwith the delivery of a local People Plan to maximiseemployee potential, creates a team based culture andin turn delivers bottom line value across the European Territories. You will workclosely with business management teams to develop line management capability and the implementation of good people management practices through advising on complex operational matters, coaching and mentoring.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and possess experience of operating in a complex, commercial, multi-divisional organisation and a strong track record of operating as an HR Generalist. Further, you will possess :
• An understanding of human capital measurement and delivery of performance improvement interventions
• Experience of supporting organisation change, including restructuring, redundancies and TUPE transfers
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a tight knit team
• Good commercial acumen
• Be well organised and responsive
