The role will cover 3 key areas of the team's practice: financial services, payments and funds. The successful applicant will advise clients from a range of sectors on transactional matters.

Who we're looking for
You will have excellent experience in advisory and transactional work, previous dealings with the FSA, as well as a good academic background, technical and analytical expertise and compliance and regulatory advice.
