Job Role
- Management of Sales Department
- Promotion of direct and indirect sales
- Strategic planning of sales by regions, setting of key sales targets and performance control
- B2B, B2C sales management
- Analysis of sales development opportunities
- Building and maintaining of strong customer relationships
- Interaction with Marketing Department

Who we're looking for
- Higher education in business management with sales and marketing focus
- MBA is a plus
- Ideally to have working experience in sales;
- Experience of performing large projects is a plus
- Strong communicative and negotiating skills, leadership, analytical mind, ability to take a helicopter view of company's business processes,
- Ready to travel in Russia
- Team management skills
- Fluent in English
