Corporate and Regulatory Insurance Associate

The successful candidate should have knowledge of the insurance market combined with a corporate background, and will work on Part VII transfers, M&A transactions with an insurance aspect, working with the FSA handbook, and the development of new insurance products as well as offering general advice on insurance related matters.

Ideal candidates will come from a top city firm, have experience in the relevant areas and have the drive to add to our client's corporate and regulatory expertise and strengthen their position at the top of the insurance market.
