The L&D Advisor are expected to build key relationships with internal customer base and define, design, deliver and evaluate effective development interventions. The successful candidate will also project manage internal and external suppliers and create infra-structure to support development within the organisation.You will be reporting in to the Learning & Development Manager and will be supporting the whole retail division. This role can be based anywhere in the Southern region and the successful candidate will have the option of working from home or from their local area administration office. Due to the nature of the role, some travel will be required and a company car will be provided.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a real passion for training and experience of design and deliver training within a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience of project Management including internal/external supplier management as well as showing an ability to work under pressure and deliver against deadlines. You will have well developed influencing skills, have a high standard of presentation skills, good communication skills and in particular previous experience of working with internal clients and deliver solutions to them.
