The role of the Technical Account Manager is to support the Sales team with the implementation and support of both the behavioural advertising and merchandising software. You will also work with the Engineering and Product teams. The clients which you will be supporting will be from the retailer and e-Commerce sector.
This is a customer facing role where you will need to provide feedback, analysis and optimization plans on merchant accounts to grow their campaign activity with the company.
As the Technical Account Manager you will be supporting a small Sales team with a strong potential for high volume sales. As a result, this is very much an entrepreneurial environment where there is a focus to emulate the company's success in France, here in the UK market. As the company is French based, you will need to be able to competently converse with the IT team in Paris, discussing requirements for the UK.
This role will be primarily based in Westminster, however there will be a need to travel to Paris on occasion. You will report directly into the Commercial Director.
Who we're looking for
Required skills:
• Fluent in French
• Demonstrable experience in a software related environment
• Exposure to Web technologies (HTML, XML etc) and SQL and DB structures
• Client facing individual
• Exposure to Account Management
• Entrepreneurial
• Degree in technical field (desired but not essential)
