A challenging and diverse position reporting directly to the EMEA Business Development Director where day to day responsibilities will include;
• Creating a programme to collect customer feedback.
• Establish an objective, measurable and actionable program to document customer feedback.
• Establish a network of customer retention contact points within each business Unit across EMEA.
• Owning customer attribution improvement metrics - report progress of each BU improvement to both BU head and EMEA HQ.
• Reporting results
• Drive best practice to ensure latest learning in programme effectiveness is absorbed quickly

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will have a background working for a large global business. You will have a passion to implement change and enjoy working both strategically and in a hands on capacity. You will be an excellent people person with strong negotiating skills.
