Intensive Care Business Manager

As the Intensive Care Business Manager you will be required to lead, develop and grow a national team of medical equipment sales specialists. The key requirement in the short term will be to refocus your team to put more emphasis on growing the business rather than maintaining existing accounts.

Who we're looking for
This is an essential role in the ongoing success of the organisation. It is essential that the successful Intensive care Business Manager will:

• Be an accomplished team manager with first class leadership skills
• Be an excellent communicator
• Be comfortable driving change
• Have a working knowledge of the medical equipment sector, either capital or consumable
• Have a positive 'can do' attitude and will love a challenge

The role will require you to change the focus of the team and their working practices. It is hoped that all the team will embrace these changes and will want to work with you as you drive the business forward. Where necessary, however, you may need to be tough with your team and you will need to be comfortable with this if required.
