This new role has been created due to an eminent restructure. The role will require the individual to manage the warehouse and a team of over 25. This is a Monday to Friday role looking after both inbound and outbound operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the operations which are undergoing a massive change program where the successful candidate will shape the future of the site.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a strong man manager who is used to leading teams within a warehouse environment. Ideally the successful candidate will have:
• Excellent leadership, coaching and development skills
• Strong background in warehouse management
• Ability to motivate and improve staff and warehouse operations
