As team leader in Nottingham you will be managing a department to achieve sales targets and provide the customer with consistently great shopping experiences.
In Nottingham you will support the management team on a daily basis and cover as a duty manager in absence of the store manager.

Who we're looking for
As team leader in Nottingham you need
*to be able to build a great rapport with customers
* have worked in high street retail
* had supervisory and delegating experience
* have excellent planning and organisational skills
* be able to motivate your team.
