As assistant manager, you will be supporting the Nottinghamstore manager in developing and motivating the team to maximise sales and profit and delivering a great shopping experience consistently to all your Nottingham customer
You will be accountable for
* selling and the customer
* people management
* profit and commerciality

Who we're looking for
In Nottingham you will need to be able to meet targets and support the store manager.
As the assistant manager in Nottingham you will need
-excellent planning and organisational skills
-come form a selling and coaching background
- be used to organising and motivating a large team
-have a big personality and lots of energy
- have excellent visual merchandising skills
