Supporting the Project Manager and Regional Commercial Manager you will be responsible for managing the commercial function of each projects. Your duties will include selection and management of sub-contract accounts, monthly reports, CVR's and final accounts. The schemes will include the refurbishments, extensions and new-build education projects procured under the Building Schools for the Future programme. The projects will range in value from £2m to £20m.
Who we're looking for
You will be working for either a local, regional or national main contractor and looking for an opportunity to develop your career quickly with a company that is still growing aggressively in the current economic climate. You will have the opportunity to have exposure to challenging projects with the support to grow and develop your career. Ideally you will have experience of education projects although not necessarily under the BSF scheme. Exposure to projects in the region of £3m to £10m would be advantageous.
