The primary focus of the Cell Engineer will be to progress maintenance and engineering improvement activities with an area of the manufacturing facility. The Cell Engineer will have direct line responsibility for a craftsperson to enable the maintenance and improvement programme to be progressed in their area. The Cell Engineer will have a strong relationship with the Maintenance Engineering Manager and Cell Engineers from other areas to ensure that consistent performance and continuous improvement activities are carried out across all shifts.
Who we're looking for
A strategic thinking individual who has the ability to demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement and a working understanding of TPM principles. You will previously have worked in an engineering role with either a mechanical or electrical background. To be successful in this role you will have a good grasp of HS&E, Quality systems, KPIs, Standard Operating Procedures, project/time management, coaching, developing and presentation skills.
