Intercompany Accountant

The intercompany accountant will monitor all intercompany balances to ensure robust and timely reporting.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Monitor and manage recharge accounts
• Ensure costs are correctly recharged between companies
• Clear down balances in the recharge account
• Resolve any issues

Support Intercompany Coordinator
• Support ICC in netting process, including agreement of netting balances with subsidiaries, cleardown of invoices, netting journals and loan adjustments
• Ensure full understanding of cross-company recharges to support the ICC in invoice review as required
• Provide cover for the ICC

Intercompany Reconciliations
• Reconciliation of intercompany loan balances
• Perform full intercompany position review and reconciliations, including AR, AP, recharges, accruals and prepayments

Adhoc tasks to support the finance function as required

• Qualified or qualified by experience CIMA, ACCA, ACA

IT Skills:

• Advanced Excel essential
• SAP desirable
• Good all round systems knowledge
