This role will include:
• Manage the execution of search marketing (with an emphasis on paid search), affiliate marketing and banner advertising
• Continually investigate and test new forms of online demand generation
• Aid the Web team and external agencies in search engine optimization and site improvement efforts
• Manage the execution of the affiliate program, including monitoring program performance, researching new initiatives to grow the program and co-ordinating agency activity.
• Use our Web analytics tool (Omniture) to gain insights into the quality of all web traffic, and develop actionable recommendations and reporting.
• Coordinate development of online creative with external agencies
• Develop and execute the online portion of the Direct to Consumer marketing plan
Who we're looking for
•Experience in online marketing, including PPC, affiliates, display. In particular, experience in setting up, testing and managing large scale PPC campaigns.
• Strength in Omniture, HBX or another leading Web analytics solution
• Experience working on a direct response marketing team preferred
• Consumer marketing experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
