Reporting in to the Regional HR Manager you will be responsible for providing HR Generalist support across 2 sites.
Covering a population of c350 your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process,managing employee relations issues and absence management and introducing new Terms and Conditions.
In addition to managing all day to day HR issues you will be responsible for building effective relationships both internally and externally.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a solid HR Generalist skill set ideally gained in a fast moving service environment. A good working knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with excellent communication skills and a commercial outlook.
