Our client, based in West Sussex is looking for an Operations and Service Development Manager to complete the following duties:
• To manage the delivery of operational, advisory and support services.
• To develop the existing services to clients by driving and leading continuous improvement.
• To establish strong customer relations with clients, and assess any additional needs.

Who we're looking for
The successful Operations and Service Development Manager will posses the following qualities:
• Significant experience in dealing with complex issues.
• Considerable experience of managing and leading business activities.
• Experience of developing and managing HR operational services.
• Experience of managing a budget, and contributing to decision making on high level spending.

Our client is a large local authority based on the south coast.
