Clas Ohlson is looking for a high calibre Administration Controller with a proven retail background. The ideal candidate will be expected to lead, manage and optimise administration in relation to UK back office support areas, including workforce planning, recruitment, payroll, store cash handling and reconciliation.

Task and responsibilities
• Manage administration of workforce planning, recruitment, training and payroll
• Development of plans to recruit co-workers
• Responsible for time plan reporting, payroll and accounting procedures
• Development of training plans to improve co-worker knowledge
• Co-ordination of additional co-workers to cover peak trading periods, holiday and sickness
• General administration support to UK management and store team when required
• Ensure company procedures are followed in relation to security and cash handling
• Maintain adherence to company health and safety procedures in store
• Be a good representative of Clas Olson towards local authorities

• General knowledge and competence in workforce administration
• Knowledge of payroll and accounting procedures
• Experience of recruitment administration and development of training plans
• Communication and co-ordination skills
• Takes ownership and engages all employees in reaching objectives
• Prioritises task and information retaining a focus on important objectives
• Effectively engages others in work, utilising resources and maintaining good relationships
• Always strives for continuous improvement
• Has resilience and tenacity when requires in delivery of objectives
