Your role would be General Manager of residential care home based in the South West..
You would lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver the very best levels of service to our clients. You will ensure that all company KPI's are delivered. You will focus on the commercial side of the business by setting both short and long term goals whilst never losing sight of the passion our business has for supporting our clients personal goals. You will work closely with your team to deliver innovative ideas that will continually exceed our clients expectations.
As a General Manager you will lead from the front in both standards and delivery and your passion will have a definite impact on our business.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a proven ability to manage within a hospitality environment. You must be able to demonstrate a solid level of P&L accountability and have a commercial focus. Above all else you must have a passion for people and take a real pride in the service levels you deliver and the relationships you build.
You must be tenacious and have a high level of emotional empathy. We need great leaders to deliver our standards and build our relationship and reputation within the local community to ensure we are second to none. Are you up for the challenge?
