HR Business Improvement Analyst

Temp ⁄ £60,000 Pro rata (12 Months FTC).

A exciting role has been created due to the expansion of one of the world's largest metal producers. A leading and thoroughly exciting organisation which is introducing SAP and would like a HR professional who has previous experience of working in a project capacity leading on the transformation and implementation of this system. There are SAP implementation professionals already working for the organisation and a experienced HR professional is required to co ordinate and project manage the process.
This includes
• Develop and create project plans for the design and implementation of the SAP HR Implementation project
• streamlining and harmonizing procedures and processes in correlation with the implementation of SAP
• Creating a governance framework to support the new system
• Work on feasibility studies to ensure the transformation is successful and further applicable for growth areas of the business

Who we're looking for
You must be dynamic and have the ability to influence with key stakeholders. Previous experience of working on transformation and change projects is essential as well as the skill of project management. The ability to be analytical combined with strong communication skills is essential to get buy in.
In addition previous experience of working in a senior decisionmaking role is beneficial and will allow you to hit the ground running. You will be supported by the Group Head of HR Projects but the role is autonomous and requires you to work accordingly.
You must be engaging and capable of building relationships with your colleagues (highly driven and professional).
