Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will provide support on the financial feasibilities of potential development projects across a specific geographic portfolio and will support the European expansion of the business. There will also be an element of travel in this role.

The role will include;

• Working with regional teams, analysing profitability and providing technical and financial support to feasibility studies.
• Liaising with all departments, you will ensure that financial best practice and controls are in place and adhered to.
• Developing the management reporting for the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate management information is available to support decision making.
• Identifying risks (and the quantification of) that could affect the profitability of potential projects.
• Providing support to the finance department in managing budgets and forecasts.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a qualified accountant (preferably ACA) who has ideally had previous exposure to the property sector. You must have a strong academic record and be able to communicate effectively at all levels and with non-finance staff. The successful candidate will either be straight from practice or have moved into a property or blue-chip company.You will be looking for a business facing role with opportunity to grow and develop with the business.
