The successful individual will have a number of key accountabilities in this role:
• Creating new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, email and telephone.
• High level of conversion to business by through convincing client targeted presentations.
• Explore all leads thoroughly.
• Developing strong and long lasting professional relationships with new customers.
• Actively and successfully administering the entire sales process from lead generation to contract implementation.
• Monitoring and continually optimising performance of partner relationships.
• Reviewing existing contracts ensuring compliance inline with SLAs and in accordance with contract and changes and fee reviews.
• Implement contract changes and fee reviews.
• Be the key point of contact for clients in all contract matters, resolving issues where appropriate.
• Coordinating regular meetings where appropriate.
Who we're looking for
In order to be successful in this role you should possess the following qualities:
• A demonstrable track record of success in a field sales role.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• A high degree of customer focus and commercial awareness, able to forge strong relationships with clients at varying levels.
• The ability to identify and successfully close new sales opportunities.
• A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets and to develop within a truly exciting and dynamic business.

Kids Unlimited have 25 years experience in the childcare sector offering:
• nursery care to individuals
• managing outsourced corporate nurseries for corporate clients
• managing government approved voucher schemes for businesses as a tax efficient employee benefit.
The business is growing strongly, adding new contracts to administer vouchers for schemes for businesses, growing their on site workplace nurseries business and opening circa 3 new nurseries per year.
• To further fuel development, they require an ambitious, business development driven sales professional looking to move into a company with big plans.
