European Quality Manager

To ensure holistic quality process in place across Europe to guarantee consistent delivery of premium FMCG products and services to our customers, your responsibilities will include:

• Direction of Quality Management personnel at key component suppliers, third party manufacturers (3PM), third party logistics providers (3PL), Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs, and Product Quality Management.
• Representative at key suppliers, 3PMs, and 3PLs while acting as the primary point of contact with their quality control units.
• Responsible for Quality Management activities at all 3PMs and 3PLs with emphasis on quality control, GMP compliance, quality engineering, and statistical process capability.

Who we're looking for
• Proven experience in anFMCG business, ideally cosmetics or toiletries.
• Broad knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes a significant advantage, particularly in pan-European and/or global healthcare environment.
• Good understanding basic business processes, with ability to identify and develop, particularly in areas of new product development.
• Proven inter-personal and negotiation/influencing skills.
• Logical approach to problem-solving, with ability to lead teams to pragmatic solutions.
• Experience in use of quality measurement tools and ability to adapt development of these to fit business environment.
