An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading construction company, for a Senior Buyer to join their facilities Management team based in the West Midlands. The main responsibilities of the role will be:
• Managing the end-to-end procurement process across a number of projects simultaneously.
• Developing Relationships with key stakeholders
• Driving for the most efficientmix of cost, quality and ability to deliver on time.
• Mentoring a buyer to assist with the less strategic elements of the process and developing their skills.
• Managing the Performance of existing suppliers against SLA's and KPI's, and negotiating Terms and Conditions.
Who we're looking for
You will ideally be CIPS qualified, You will be familiar with the principles of and experience ofsub contract.
