This role is working for one of Britain's oldest retailer's. Through major restructure recently they are open to seeing people from people focused retailers. As Team Manager of this key store you will be responsible for a department within the store . As the leader you will drive the main Key Performance Indicators through a team ranging from 5 to 15. You will be an ambassador for service and have a flair for retail that stands you out from the rest. Your areas of focus will be -
• Sales
• Shrinkage
• Profitability
• Customer service
• People management.
Who we're looking for
The successful applicant must have an awareness of retail environments and previous supervisory / management experience. A passion for customer service and the ability to deal with multiple tasks is also a requisite.
You will be looking for your next step on the career ladder and have a determination to succeed and progress. You will ideally be from a fast paced retail environment looking to work for a market leader.
