Senior Communications & Campaigns candidates required for a top tier Professional services law firm based in Birmingham
The Communications Manager will help the firm win new, profitable business through the definition and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the proactive definition and active implementation of communications campaigns across the full marketing mix (PR, reputation and internal communications) for a specific practice group, ensuring that these campaigns support the delivery of the firm's market strategy.
• Bringing creative input into the business planning activity of the nominated practice group, playing an active role in the development of new activity to keep the firm ahead of the competition.
• Ensuring that the impact and effectiveness of marketing and communications activity is measured, building the lessons of that into future planning and sharing the outcomes with colleagues.
• Building an effective dialogue with other members of the marketing team to ensure that local activity is appropriately resourced, utilising the skills of other functions to support effective, best practice delivery.

Who we're looking for
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Previous use of InterAction, Word XP and Outlook would be advantageous.

You should have knowledge of marketing/communication processes - a sound understanding of communication best practice, ideally gained in a professional services environment.
