•This Partner Marketing Manager role will:
• Build, manage and develop profitable portfolios of business for the organisation. Use market and customer insight to lead the development of strategic product solutions for a range of key clients.

• Define, establish and manage the delivery of all activity for both new and existing programmes, utilising any appropriate media and ensuring all activity provides the agreed level of return on investment.

• Develop new solutions engaging multiple channel and product strategies to establish the organisation

• Manage the agreed budget for each client and maximise its utilisation to ensure both initial take up, persistency and policy value.

• Ensure delivery of accurate and timely management information to internal colleagues and clients allowing for further improvement and development of programmes.

• Engage with clients at a senior level and be able to influence and negotiate to ensure increase access to the base or other identified opportunities increasing premium income

Who we're looking for
With a substantial proven track record of direct marketing products across multiple channels with expert understanding of telemarketing & online ideally within the Financial Services arena.
You will demonstrate understanding & application of market & customer insight and planning. Successful creation of new propositions & delivery of £m sales from campaigns.
Evidence of accountability for decision making and taking.
Evidence of good influencing and communication skills with major commercial clients (FTSE 100)
Design, creation, approval and implementation of high volume campaigns
Formal industry qualification e.g. CIM or IDM an advantage
