PFI/BSF Bid Manager

You will be working in a team co-ordinating the commercial, design and planning aspects of a major PFI bid for the Investments arm of this leading Main Contractor. Projects may range from Healthcare, Energy, Rail, Highways, Waste to Energy or BSF Schools.

Who we're looking for
You will have experience working in the front end environment of a large main contractor working in the PFI arena. You will have a strong understanding of the PFI process and could be from a commercial, design, planning or estimating background. You will have a desire to learn and broaden your skills and be ambitious, competitive and have a strong work ethic. Ideally you will have had prior exposure to the financial aspects of PFI or BSF although this is not essential, and been involved with successful bids to understand a successful bid strategy.

My client is the investments arm of a leading National Contractor with a reputation for delivering high profile public sector projects within the PFI, PPP and BSF environments.
