Head of BSF

Your role as Head of BSF will be to lead the BSF teams working in the Investments division of this leading national contractor. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and identifying partners for the JV bid. You will lead a team of Bid Directors and be responsible for managing the programme of works after successful financial close. As Head of BSF you will have responsibility for all BSF activities at investment level with close liaison with the Investor Partners and Local Authority with overall responsibility for the LEP.

Who we're looking for
You will have experience working within the Building Schools for the Future environment at Local Education Partnership level. You will have had experience of running major programmes of work and held positions at a strategic business level. Ideally from a building contractor of facilities background, you must have had experience of the formation of a JV, sourcing and securing finance and successfully bid BSF projects to financial close.
