My client based in Surrey, is currently seeking an outstanding Company & Commercial Lawyer to expand their already impressive commercial client base. The work will include:; Company formation ; Partnerships ; Share purchases/sales; Shareholder agreements; Commercial agreements; Intellectual Property;and Agency and Distribution agreement
Who we're looking for
You will:
• Ideally have a reasonable following of clients to assist in increasing the commercial practice,
• Have excellent networking and client care skills.
• Be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Have experience in dealing with a broad range of commercial clients which are typically local small to medium sized businesses but also including companies abroad
