My Client is looking for an experienced stock auditor who will support the Operations department. You will manage a team of 3 field based stock auditors who will be accountable for all food and liquor stock. My client is based in Glasgow City Centre and are looking for an experienced auditor who has a proven track record and knowledge in stock auditing activities.

Who we're looking for
As part of an ambitious and expanding company the ideal candidate will be required to develop stock management systems to improve yield and efficiency, loss prevention, epos systems and work closely with the IT department and Director of Operations on these development.
The Ideal candidate will be responsible for the following;
• Management of all stock taking and audit procedures.
• Achieving target KPI's and GP's.
• Loss Prevention.
• Assist the IT Department and Commercial Director in terms of price negotiations and volume management.
• Compiling accurate reports based on findings.
• Ensure retail compliance and best practice is enforced within a multi site environment.
• Liaising with suppliers of liquor and epos systems.
Previous experience of group stocktaking, loss prevention and auditing within a multi site environment is essential. Line management and project management experience would be beneficial.Good knowledge of epos systems would also be an advantage.
