As Managing Surveyor you will be required to manage a team of QS's for each major account. You will be directly reporting into the Commercial Director who will have commercial responsibility for all interiors projects taken on.You will be required to lead, manage and support pre and post contract commercial activities on more than one project at a time.Most of the projects will be of are refurbishment and fit out nature. You will potentially be looking after a team of 6 surveyors of different levels.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Managing Surveyor will be flexible in terms of location and be willing to work in the Midlands, Wales and South West area. You will be able to demonstrate the following;
• A strong Commercial awareness of the current market
• Train and develop commercial site teams
• Preparation of financial reports
• Procurement of sub contract packages
• exceptional organisational and time management skills
