Who we're looking for
To be successful as a Branch Manager you will be able to deliver the following
- Develop the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service and to excel in all key result areas through an open, challenging and supportive environment.

- By role modelling the five fundamentals and ensuring high standards of team knowledge and branch presentation, instil an environment where customer service is world class.

- Take full responsibility for all performance results and branch operations ensuring effective utilisation of resources and full compliance with company procedures, policies and FSA legislation.

- Strive to achieve all company targets and make sound commercial decisions to impact market share and branch profit by monitoring local competitor activity and analysing branch performance.

- Lead and empower the branch team to achieve the company, regional and branch objectives, ensuring clarity in communications and in performance expectations.

You should be a natural leader and team player with a strong retail background and have previous experience in retail management in a fast paced customer focused environment. Strong people and performance management skills, commercial acumen and high levels of adaptability and planning are essential.
