Marketing Manager Diagnostics

Job Role
With the objective of bringing the company's products onto research and diagnostic markets, you are responsible for:

*developing and maintaining a suitable marketing strategy
*providing a guidance for the product development departments based on the analysis of market and customer needs
*managing and optimising product life cycles for research products and diagnostics
*full responsibility to plan, initiate, and oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns
*launching first products
*building up a marketing team
*reporting line: Senior Vice President Corporate Development

Who we're looking for
*Ideally to have marketing and sales experience in the (molecular) diagnostic industry
*Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
*Good understanding of customers in diagnostics industry
*An understanding of (molecular) diagnostic markets
*An understanding of the European regulatory framework for diagnostics as a plus
*A scientific background
*Creativity and a dynamic hands-on attitude and very good analytical skills
*Fluency in English; further European languages as a plus
*Willingness to travel

Our client is a publicly listed innovative diagnostics company with a focus on the development of molecular diagnostic tests. The company is very international and is headquartered in Berlin, Germany.
At its Berlin site, our client intends to fill the position of a Marketing Manager Diagnostics. For this new and challenging position we are looking for creative thinkers who want to push their career.
