The leading Financial Services organisation in the City of London is looking for an HR Business Partner with a very strong generalist remit. This role is set to drive people performance and productivity within thebusiness to supportthe commongoal, through long term initiatives.
Youwill;
• Manage employee relations issues associated with any change, in particular proactive management of the relationship with the business
• Able to create and effective and positive employee relations climate
• Understand the partnership relationship withinthe organisationand specific issues influencing the employee relations environment
• Develop manager with skills, tools and techniques to manage employee issues
• Ensure that regulatory and compliance training is being delivered
• Ensure that development plans are in place and common themes raised in order to build common training/development interventions
• Manage local training/development needs and delivering appropriate solutions
• Evaluate training/development interventions and providing input to ensure we are delivering effective and cost efficient solutions
• Facilitate active succession and development planning for key roles and individuals

• Excellent relationship management.
• Knowledge of diagnosing, addressing and communicating business change initiatives resulting in cultural and performance change, and realising associated benefits.

• Able to think strategically and proactively around the specific needs of the customer base.

• Able to build trust, respect and openness and become a trusted adviser.
• Influencing skills (coaching & facilitation):
• Communications including presentation and negotiation;
• Senior stakeholder/customer/supplier relationship management. Project management and change practice skills and exposure.
• Financial awareness including profit and loss accounting;
