• As the Regional Facilities Managers you will have the following responsibilities:
• Deliver Facilities Management Services to service levels and budgets as agreed with the Head of Facilities North/South
• Manage the delivery of Planned Preventative and Re-active Maintenance, including delivery of Fabric & Plant (small works), via managing an external supply base.
• Review periodically, performance against service levels with the Head of Facilities and the (Informed Client), and deliver improvements or reductions in service levels according to business need and available budget.
• Undertake continual assessment of delivery strategies and make recommendations to the Head of Facilities North/South and 'Contract Managers' from the Midlands or South West.
• Action audit processes to ensure the maintenance contract is being delivered.
• Ensure SLA's and the delivery of services against SLA's is consistent across the estate. Where store specific SLA's are requested, ensure that the Store is informed, and that the impact of changes is understood, budgeted and aligns to business needs
• Identify and progress areas for personal development
• Set performance objectives and manage performance in line with the company performance requirements.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Midlands and South West Regional Facilities Managers will have previous experience of managing large retail multi-site operations from either a client or contractor background. You will have an in-depth understanding of budget control over extensive Maintenance and Facilities operations with a solid understanding of TFM services.
