This role will report to Head of Human Resources for Technology based in Sydney and will work closely with the Technology Executive and management group across the technology Group. As Head of Learning & Development for the Technology Group you will manage the strategy for leadership, business and technical learning & development across the Group - including ownership and continuity of current programmes - and ensure that it is delivered using relevant and cost-effective learning interventions.
Who we're looking for
- Proven L&D professional with successful track record of delivery & success
- Broad experience of online/ e-learning
- Experience of running change management programmes/ initiatives
- Training programme design and delivery experience
- Commercial management of third parties and vendors
- (Preferred) Technical / IT training experience or training experience gained in an IT organisation or environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Business / HR preferred
