Head of Litigation

Based in our clients Preston office this role would ideally suit a hard-working FILEX with extensive expertise in Debt Recovery, Litigation and Enforcement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong customer-orientated individual to build and manage an in-house legal practice, and to help our client deliver their vision. You will have daily liaison with our clients Board of blue chip credit grantors handling volume Debt Recovery, including pre-legal collections, litigation and enforcement.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have excellent client care and client relationship skills and knowledge of:

• working in a successful legal team
• business development & marketing
• handling debt collection litigation procedures technical knowledge of CPR, court processes and enforcements
• handling insolvency proceedings
• operating case management systems
• working closely with clients & referrers to provide innovative solutions
• good inter-personal & organisational skills
• an excellent telephone manner
• proven negotiation skills

Flexibility and the commitment to work in a managerial role with involvement as an integral part of a professional team are essential.Full training will be given.
