The role of the Director of Commercial Operations is a senior position within Gambro.You will report directly to the Country Manager and will be assuming many of his current responsibilities. This will involveoverseeing the teams responsible for sales and contracts administration, facilities management, health and safety, IT, Quality and supplier relationships.
Managing supply chain operations you will be accountable for strategic development and delivery of continuous improvement activity. As a key member of the senior management team you will have P&L responsibility and work to maximise operational efficiency.
Who we're looking for
The successful Director of Commercial Operations will:
• Come from a service operations role
• Have managed Quality Management Systems e.g. ISO 9001
• Will be Health and Safety trained
• Have run a facility, preferably with experience of managing supplier relationships
Prior knowledge of the medical market is not essential. Any experience of managing external contractors would also be helpful, but is not essential.
