This is a fantastic opportunity to join this highly fashionable expanding jewellery brand and make your mark by opening their new store. You will be accountable for the highest level of customer service using your passion and enthusiasm for high retail standards. You will ensure along with you deputy manager you are maximising all sales opportunities by coaching and developing your sales consultants as well as your commercial merchandising skills.

Who we're looking for
You will be a passionate fashion/jewellery retailer that puts customer service as your top priority. You will be at a deputy or store manager level ready to develop your skills. You will also need:
- Excellent leadership skills,
- Strong communication,
- Proven ability of delivering results,
- able to coach and develop a small team - be sales led and goal orientated
