We have fantastic career opportunities for proven Shift Production Professionals with a track record of success gained within an extremely fast moving & CI focused manufacturing environment. Reporting to either the Section or Factory Manager, you will help deliver our manufacturing strategy by leading your team whilst being responsible for all people, machinery, materials and working standards.
Who we're looking for
Key accountabilities of the role will include:
• Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets to satisfy customer requirements whilst maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Leadership through motivation and coaching of your team to achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets.
• Identify and develop talent within our organisation for succession planning.
• Provide input to our operational strategy working closely with other section managers or controllers to make sure factory targets are met.
• Development of a culture of continuous improvement within the production operation to ensure that world class quality, cost and delivery targets are met and sustained.
• Working with our NPD department to ensure our innovative new products generate required data on yields, labour, costs and new tooling requirements.
• Personally ensure that food safety, health & safety and good manufacturing practice standards are exceeded.
