A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced operational HR Manager with this public sector organisation based in West Yorkshire. Reporting to the Head of HR and senior management you will have direct responsibility for a team of 3 HR staff. You will be hands on in your approach and with your professional attitude be able to deliver the goals of the organisation. Coupled with this you will be looking at the following areas and responsibilities:
• Sickness, Absence and Performance Management
• Disciplinaries and Grievances
• TUPE
• Championing HR best practice
• Operational Employee Relations
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an experienced operational HR Manager who will be able to hit the ground running from day one. You will be able to build relationships quickly and posses the following skills and attributes:
• CIPD qualified
• Demonstrated Operational HR experience
• Experience in dealing with all complex employee relation issues
• Good generalist background
• Immediately available or finishing a current contract
