This is a operational role which will involve you in all aspects of generalist HR, but with a focus on employee relations and recruitment.

Who we're looking for
You will be an immediately available HR advisor/ officer who has a solid generalist background andpragmatic approach to work. You will be expected to carry out disciplinaries and grievances as well as advise line managers often without guidance from the HR manager so you will need to possess the experience to be able to do so. The environment will be fast paced and sometimes challenging so you will need to be resilient and motivated.
