My client is looking for a professional Hospitality Assistant to work from our Edinburgh Site. The role will require you to be from a front of house background preferably within the Retail or Hospitality sector. Good administration experience in terms of managing customer enquiries and bookings.

• You will provide a welcoming, friendly reception to all our guests and support this world-class hospitality operation.
• You will report directly to the Hospitality Manager.
• Good organisational skills are a must as you will be required to manage the customer bookings
• You must be commercially driven, with great enthusiasm to progress.
• You will strive to grow the business by providing the highest levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Personality is the key for this role, with the ability to motivate your team.
• Ensure compliance with our SOP's.
• Ensure First impressions and presentation of the reception area are consistently to the highest of standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service resulting in improved customer feedback ratings.
• You must be an effective communicator with a smart appearance.
