As a Bar and Cafe Manager your role will be based in one of Central London's newly refurbished railway station. The role will require you work in high paced environment, priding yourself on efficiency and impeccable customer service.
• Build Sales through Customer and efficient Service
• Manage the day to day operations of the business
• Effective Labour Management
• Manage Stock levels
Who we're looking for
As a Bar and Cafe Manager you will have a multitude of skills, which will help drive the business forward and make it a fantastic food service outlet. We are looking for manager with
• Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Work in a busy environment and able to delegate duties when required
• Have a keen eye for business and the ability to create innovative ideas
• Passionate about standards and making sure the venue is aesthetically pleasing
