A Production Manager to be a key player, supporting a growing manufacturing company making fabricated products for the building industry. They are currently in an exciting phase of development as they are in the process of moving to new premises. They need a production manager who has the vision and ability to establish a highly fluid and efficient manufacturing facility. Once the new premises are installed you will lead a team of skilled craftsmen and operators to ensure that production targets are met as well as implementing plans that allow you to deliver further sustained, continued growth.

Who we're looking for
A talented,proven Production Manager who has the ability to be a key driver in delivering business growth. You should be able to show a track record of delivering increased manufacturing output within a low volume, high value environment. The role will require you to hit the ground running and quickly assess the current set up before you move production into the new facility. You should bring new ideas to the table and be able to influence how the new manufacturing operation takes shape. You should also be able to plan production schedules, manage a team of skilled craftsman and deliver structured improvement initiatives. This role requires a diverse skill set and will provide a continued and varied challenge.
