As a Public Sector Management Consultant in their Performance Improvement team, you can find yourself involved with:

• Ensuring your client is getting value from the right deals
• Helping clients realise the benefits of shared services and outsourcing
• Translating their strategy into sustainable performance
• Deriving benefits from risk management and compliance spend
• Capitalising on the convergence of technologies
• Helping clients drive and manage growth
• Supporting your client's people through change
• Managing the implementation of sustainable change in client
Our client has an urgent requirement for a consultant to join their Birmingham office and separate requirements for candidates to be based in their Northern UK region.

Who we're looking for
• Candidates are likely to be working currently in business operations, IT, finance or consultancy environments.
• Individuals should be able to demonstrate an outstanding delivery track record of success within public sector engagements.
• You will have experience within the government environment, and have a good understanding of the challenges faced by this sector along with the ability to develop and advise our clients on solutions to these challenges. Deeper knowledge of a significant government department is desirable at the more senior levels.

• Previous experience of delivering consultancy and implementation support services to the Public sector is desirable along with demonstrable ability to gain trusted advisor status with client and develop relationships into longer term partnerships and large scale assignments.
